Ordering products on our website

To order our products you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our order pages. Details of our prices for products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website.

When ordering products from our website you are given a choice to pay by cedit or debit card - the different card types that we accept are Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and Delta. All product prices on our website are correct at the date and time of your order. We can alter the price of any product prior to you placing an order however we will endeavour to keep product prices as accurate as possible at all times.
As an alternative you may pay by cheque, crossed postal order or money transfer. All cheques and (crossed) postal orders are to be made payable to Thomas Nayler and posted to our workshop postal address above.


Online and telephone bank transfers are by far the quickest and safest way to make a payment. Payments are most often instant depending on who you bank with and are very secure!

Thomas Nayler must receive the payment for the total price of goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Note: A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted.

Thomas Nayler has the right to refuse any orders that you purchase. If your order is accepted we will confirm acceptance to you by way of confirmation to the e-mail address you have supplied to us when placing an order. Your bespoke jewellery will then be dispatched as per details set out in the confirmation email message, or, unless specified within 7 - 14 working days. Orders can take up to 28 days during buisy times of year so if you have a deadline you would like us to meet it is advised to contact us prior to placing an order.

You agree to supply us with all your correct details when you purchase any products from our website and that the credit/debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods. We reserve the right to obtain validation and/or verification of the authenticity and ownership of the credit/debit card before you purchase any products from the website. Personalised Jewellery Designs
Please note that personalised graffiti jewellery items are individually designed and handcrafted therefore will not look exactly the same as the font types featured on our website. The font types are for guidelines purposes only. Every effort is made to ensure that all personalised graffiti orders are made as similar to the chosen font type featured on the website. In most cases after your order has been accepted you will receive some design proofs by email for you to choose from, your order will only be made once you have confirmed by email which design you would like Thomas Nayler to make. Design proofs are sent at Thomas Naylers discretion. Finished products may look slightly thicker or thinner than the font types featured and design proofs in order to maintain the quality and durability of the product.
Our classic script name plate necklaces are designed with computer fonts but are all handcrafted to perfection. The size dimensions for script style name plates will vary slightly to our graffiti fonts.

All name tags can be ordered in small, medium or large sizes - measurements featured below are approximate and are based on an average name consisting of 5 - 6 letters:-

Small - 3.5cm(length) x 1.5cm(height)
Medium - 5cm(length) x 2cm(height)
Large - 6cm(length) x 2.5cm(height)
EXTRA Large - 7cm(length) x 3cm(height)

Please note that font sizes will slightly differ depending on the font type, number of letters required and the arrangement of the letters!

Thomas Nayler constantly developes new bespoke jewellery collections to stay ahead of current trends. One off commissions play an important role in Thomas's work. Thomas likes to work individually with customers to create unique pieces of handcrafted jewellery in sterling silver or different colours/carrats of gold. Products range from special wedding and engagement rings or gifts to trendy fashion accessories and bespoke pendants / necklaces.

Whether you are a small business or corporate company we are able to produce personalised gifts for promotional and marketing purposes for you. Gift and promo items are ideal to enhance a brands awareness. Popular promotional products include stainless steel keychains metal business cards. All promotional gift products can only be ordered in bulk quantities. All non - personalized jewelry products on our website can be ordered in small or large batch quantities at wholesale prices.

Our Guarantee
We will deliver all personalised jewellery items within 10 -14 working days of payment unless specified within the order confirmation email sent to you by Thomas Nayler, (deliveries made outside of the UK will take longer) - please refer to our Faq's section for further details on deliveries abroad!
Deliveries during buisy periods will take longer! Busy periods tend to be from October to January as a guide.

If you have a deadline that you would like us to work towards then please email us with your requests and we will make every effort to accomodate your needs. It is best to inform us of your deadline prior to placing your order.

Should delivery be delayed by causes beyond our control, we will notify you by email within 2 working days of the occurrence of the delaying cause. Should an item be damaged whilst in transit we will repair the item/s free of charge aslong as you notify us within 3 working days by email of receipt of the product/s. We guarantee to repair all faulty item/s within a 14 working day period. All payments for jewellery products can be refunded in full within 7 working days of receipt of the product/s, Personalised items are excluded from our refund policy.

For private bespoke jewellery commissions that are not ordered through our website, a full payment will be required on placement of your order. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage and Packaging
All postage and packaging, including a black gift box, brochure and flyer is FREE with all orders over £170.00, there is a £7.00 charge for UK orders and £10.00 charge for international orders below £170.00. For all orders within the UK we use Royal Mail special delivery services for insurance purposes. For all orders outside of the UK we currently use Royal Mail international signed for services - ALL ORDERS ARE INSURED TO THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER!

Delivery Details / Time
We will handcraft all personalised jewellery items within 10 -14 working days of payment unless specified within the order confirmation email we send to you once you have placed your order, (deliveries made outside of the UK may take longer). Once an order is complete, delivery to all UK based resident's will receive their order/s the next working day. Deliveries arrive between 9.00am and midday and will have to be signed for. For all International orders, please allow 5 - 10 working days in transit for delivery to receive your order/s (Excluding the day of dispatch and the time frame specified to make the jewellery) We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by over seas shipping companies.

NOTE: If you would like to have your order delivered on a particular day then please email us with your request and if you have a tight deadline that you would like us to work towards then please email us prior to ordering! In most cases we can accomodate! We can arrange a two day shipping service for you with UPS, the cost for this service if required is £60.00.

Undeliverable packages
If no-one was at home to sign for the delivery of the package Royal Mail will leave the package at your local post office for collection. If you do not collect your package from your local post office or the package was refused by the recipient we may have a package returned to us by the the postal service. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will contact you to establish if you would like your order re-despatching. We will have to charge you for any redelivery costs that occur.

In the unlikely event your order goes missing, so long as there is no proof of the order reaching you, we would be more than happy to replace it. Please note: No money refund or product exchange is available if this occurs!

In some cases your order may be delivered late. If you contact us we will be more than happy to track the parcel for you.

Tracking Orders
All orders have their own unique tracking number. We are able to track your order in the UK and internationally.
To track your package once it has been despatched please email us and we will be happy to track the package for you and supply you with the tracking number.

Tracking Orders
We guarantee to repair all faulty item/s within 14 days of purchase, free of charge, providing the item has been reasonably used and not damadged in any way. Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered damaged you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery. You will be required to post faulty or damaged item/s back to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will repair the item/s free of charge and post the item/s back to you at our expense. If you do not inform us within 3 working days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your stautory rights. If you require your jewellery to be repaired after our 14 day free repair guarantee a repair fee of £20.00 will apply, this contributes to labour and postage expenses.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
We operate a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee on most of our products. If you require a refund, you must notify us by email first within 7 working days of receipt of the product and it must be returned to Thomas Nayler by Royal Mail Special Delivery in its original condition and packaging addresed to: *

Once the returned item/s have been received, if you require a full refund we will refund the amount in full to your credit/debit card minus £5 for original postage costs and a contribution of £5 for processing fees as we are charged by the card companies both to process and refund a card transaction! These costs will only be applied if we are not at fault. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 woking days to show on your bank card's bill.

Refunds can only be issued if:
*The product/s delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description.
*The product/s provided are not of satisfactory quality or are faulty.

You will be required to pay for the cost of returning goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We regret that all personalised jewellery and handcrafted commissioned jewellery items are excluded from our refund guarantee due to the nature of the product.

All orders including personalised items can be cancelled. To cancel an exising order you must notify us by email within 2 working days from the date which you placed your order!

Complaints

Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Our website is maintained within the United Kingdom. We make every effort to make sure the website is accessible, however we can not guarantee it will be all the time. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website including your access to it. Any new features including content and/or sale of new products will be subject to ourTerms and Conditions.
